Moxy Seoul Insadong Hotel

I had a wonderful stay, especially enjoying the efficient and spotless room layout. The buffet breakfast had great variety, including some really tasty Korean options! Just wish the air-conditioning setup was clearer.

- The location was amazing - right in the city center, walking distance from palaces, shopping, and restaurants. - The street right outside the hotel was packed with restaurants serving authentic Korean food. - The hotel room had a huge LCD TV, two desktops with free internet, and was well equipped with everything from a hair straightener to hair spray and slippers. - I could see the Seoul N Tower from my room. - The subway stop was right outside the hotel.

- The hotel was extremely dark, and the hotel staff could not speak or understand English at all. - I was given a dark, dirty, and extremely dusty room. The walls had not been dusted in weeks, and I kept sneezing. The bed sheets and blankets had holes in them, and when I opened the blanket I discovered blood stains on the sheets. The internet was not working, and there were really dirty x-rated images on the hotel desktop. I immediately called reception and asked to change rooms. They gave me a much cleaner, better room with working internet. - The computer and internet is entirely in Korean, and the keyboard had not been cleaned at all. Sanitize before use.

The rooftop bar offers amazing views while you sip on drinks. The unique lobby decor with purples and neon lights creates a lively atmosphere.

Noise from bars and restaurants outside can really disrupt your sleep if you're on the lower floors.

Good hotel but bad loction

modern small place with great location just off local restaurants as well as many tourist attractions. extremely friendly and supper friendly staff providing great services. extremely comfy bed, fairly clean bathroom and a safe, tv set and a refrigerator in the room. fresh meals. early check in and late check out. had free wi-fi throughout the property. very comfortable overall experience.

Had fun at the rooftop bar, but the room was really cramped.

Nice, well decorated and comfortable rooms. Room contained water dispenser, fridge, aircon, pc, large tv as well as other gadgets to convenience your stay. Location is 10 seconds from a subway enterence so very convenient for getting around the city.

Room lacked a wardrobe, although there was plenty of places to drape cloths, this would be a bit of an inconvenience for a long stay if you minded doing a bit of living from your suitcase.

The location was superb, right in front of Jongno 3 subway station. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, complete with a separate shower and toilet, which I particularly appreciated.

Location. Booked.net please update the hotel is right infront of Exit 4, Line 5. Rooms are interesting especially if you get the Deluxe double room with Jaguzzi

The location, it is next to the Metro Line 3 exit no. 4. Convenient for food and sightseeing too.

The Hotel advertised the Superior Double Room room space is 20m square and the Deluxe Duble room is 40m square but I was told by the hotel staff when we were there few days ago that the rooms size are the same for both categories. I am annoyed by that because we paid more for the Deluxe Double Room. We are going back tomorrow to stay in the same hotel and will see if what the staff said is true. If it is true, then Booked.net should clarify this issue with the hotel. The other thing that is really annoying is the power points are located at the bottom of the computer desk, it is not easy for access.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Engaging gym with a view for fitness enthusiasts.

The room was fairly quiet and tidy with a lounge and a big window.
